Welcome Back Summer

Welcome back summer, I've missed you!

Summer has always been my favorite time of the year and being a teacher, I still get this wonderful time off.  As teachers, we wear so many hats during the year and pour so much of our heart & soul into the little people we are entrusted with.  Having a summer to recharge and refocus is just what I need before embarking on the next school year.  This summer looks a little different as I get to be a stay at home mom for the next few months and I couldn't be more excited.  I might have gotten a little too ambitious this week though.  I bought a blow up baby pool and within 5 minutes I ended up in the pool with my regular clothes on and Lucy had thrown my phone in.  Lifeproof case ordered or should I say Lucy proof?

We plan to soak up all the sunshine on countless walks and trips to the pool and beach in any day that ends in "y" :)! I also wanted to share some of my favorite mini swimsuits since it is what we are practically living in until August.  Nothing is cuter than a chunky babe in her swimwear:
